Subscriptions

How do I cancel Buildr Pro?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions › Buildr. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends so you aren’t charged again. To avoid being charged, cancel a free trial before it ends.

I bought Buildr Pro but the app is locked.
Tap Restore on the subscription screen, or go to Profile › Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I use an offer code?
Enter it during setup, or redeem it in the App Store: tap your profile picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code.

Using Buildr

How accurate are photo and voice estimates?
They are estimates. AI can misjudge foods and portions, so check each item and adjust it before saving.

How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health?
Connect from Home or Profile › Apple Health. To change what Buildr can read or write, open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps › Buildr.

How do I change my goals?
Profile › Nutrition Goals.

Your data

Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, with a private backup in your Buildr account so you can restore it on another iPhone (Profile › Cloud Backup). See the Privacy Policy.

I didn’t get my sign-in code.
Codes come from noreply@apexconceptsllc.org. Check your spam folder, or sign in with Apple or Google instead.

How do I export my data or delete my account?
Profile › Export My Data. Profile › Delete Account deletes your account and its backup; it doesn’t cancel Buildr Pro, so cancel that in Settings first.
